As our global user base continues to expand, we are committed to better serving customers worldwide. While maintaining free access to the Standard plan, DingTalk Pro goes live on April 15, 2025, with phased adjustments to organizational contact limits. Details are as follow:

FAQ

Q1: How does this affect Standard plan users?

Once your active members reach 20, you cannot add new members.
Example: If your organization has 28 members, 23 active after 5 members have leaved, new additions are blocked until you upgrade to Pro.

Q2: We pre-approved 500 members but currently have 450. Can we add more after the adjustment?

No. The 20-member limit applies immediately – you will be unable to add new members if active contacts exceed 20.

Q3: What's the Standard plan contact limit?

20 active members.

Q4: Who is impacted by these changes?

Only organizations registered outside Chinese Mainland. Existing Pro/Enterprise/Hybrid plan users remain unaffected.
